An Air India flight diverts away from Afghan airspace to avoid conflict with the country

Air India on Monday diverted its Chicago-Delhi flight towards Sharjah inside the UAE to keep away from Afghanistan airspace after it turned into declared "out of control" via authorities at Kabul airport, senior officers said.


The Chicago-Delhi flight will land in Sharjah for refuelling purposes, they said.



The flight will then go away for Delhi once more even as avoiding the Afghan airspace.
