The Air Quality Index (AQI) of Delhi shows an improvement in air high-quality in 2020 compared to 2019, stated the Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change on Monday.
The reply by the Ministry came after participants of Lok Sabha Saugata Roy and Bharatiben Dhirubhai Shyal asked whether or not pollutants has elevated in Delhi and adjoining areas in November 2021 and whether or not the authorities has tested the motive.
"Air Quality Index (AQI) of Delhi suggests an development in air first-class from 12 months 2019 to 2020, as wide variety days in 'Good', 'Satisfactory', 'Moderate' class have extended inside the year 2020 as compared to 12 months 2019.
