Masque Restaurant in Mumbai, India has been picked as the 2020 Miele One To Watch ahead of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants Awards, supported by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, which will this year happen in an online streaming event on Tuesday, 24 March.
Kashmir-born co-owner and chef Prateek Sadhu launched the fine-dining food, a farm-to-table restaurant in partnership with entrepreneur and co-owner Aditi Dugar in 2016.
Inside the previous cotton factory in Mumbai's mechanical area they serve a deliberately researched occasional 10-course tasting menu which pays demonstration of their devotion in supporting neighborhood produce and shaping associations with little scope ranchers.
