Zafaryab Jilani, the chief individual from the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) and convenor of the Babri Masjid Action Committee (BMAC), has said the proposed mosque at Dhannipur in Ayodhya, the outline of which was dispatched three days back, was against the Waqf Act and furthermore against Shariat.
Jilani, while conversing with correspondents, said the proposed mosque disregards the Waqf Act since mosques or place that is known for mosques can't be bargained.
It likewise disregards Sharia law in light of the fact that the Waqf Act depends on Shariat, he added.
