The Karnataka government was mulling over getting a law to keep a tab on online games and a draft bill was in progress, State Home priest Basavaraj Bommai said on Friday.
Addressing columnists here, Bommai said the state government has started measures to put a tab on the internet games.
As per him, different states have various arrangements where they have grouped these games as 'round of expertise' and 'round of possibility'.
Now and again licenses have likewise been given, while some others have been restricted totally, he clarified.
In the wake of examining the laws defined by different states, the Karnataka government proposed to get a bill.
"The bill is in the draft stage.In the coming days the Law office will investigate it and present it before the bureau," Bommai said.
To an inquiry concerning criminal operations inside Karnataka penitentiaries, Bommai said he had requested a departmental request and the report was presently prepared.
He said he has trained the Director General of Police to start activity against the individuals who have been named in the request report.
On issues identified with compensations of cops, Bommai said errors in the fundamental compensation referenced in the 6th compensation commission has been corrected at each stage.
Those at the phase of advancement will get the advantages after their elevation."We are taking measures to guarantee that cops don't confront any troubles," he added.
