Hearing a petition by a father guaranteeing that his girl has been unduly affected to wed a man of an alternate religion, the Calcutta High Court has seen that there can be no obstruction if a grown-up weds according to her decision and chooses to change over.
Following a 19-year elderly person wedded an individual of her decision, her dad appealed to the high court, whining that his girl's assertion before a justice might not have been recorded in an environment where she felt agreeable.
On a FIR documented by the dad, the police had created the lady before a legal officer, before whom she said something that she had hitched of her own will.
"In the event that a grown-up weds according to her decision and chooses to change over and not re-visitation of her fatherly house, there can be no impedance in the issue," continue reading….
