Chinese aggregate Xiaomi on Sunday said that it has documented a claim against the US Defense and Treasury divisions, looking for inversion of a choice to obstruct US ventures.
The organization documented the claim in the US District Court of Columbia on January 29.
"With the end goal of securing the interests of the worldwide clients, accomplices, representatives and investors of the organization, the organization has argued to the courts to pronounce the choice illicit and that it be turned around," Xiaomi said in an explanation.
The move comes after the US Department of Defense prior this month boycotted Xiaomi as a "Socialist Chinese military organization".
This assignment qualifies Xiaomi to fall under previous US President Donald Trump's Executive Order from November that bars American speculators from purchasing protections from such organizations.
"Xiaomi faces impending, serious, and hopeless damage if the Designation stays set up and the limitations produce results," the organization said in the documenting.
"Xiaomi isn't possessed or controlled or in any case associated with the Chinese government or military, nor is it claimed or constrained by any substance partnered with the Chinese protection modern base," it added.
The transition to assignment Xiaomi as a "Socialist Chinese military organization" came in the midst of increased exchange strains among China and the US under the Trump organization.
