Delhi police spent Rs 7.3 crore on security at farmers' protest sites

Delhi Police has spent Rs 7.38 crore to give security at different locales of the farmers' dissent at Delhi borders, answered Minister of State in Ministry of Home Affairs Nityanand Rai on Wednesday.

Rai answered that 'Police' and 'Public Order' are State subjects according to the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India.
