Delhi reeled under a virus wave on Tuesday as frigid breezes moving through the city brought the base temperature down to 3.6 degrees Celsius, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The Safdarjung Observatory, which gives agent information to the city, recorded a low of 3.6 degrees Celsius as against 5.6 degrees Celsius on Monday.
The climate stations at Ayanagar and Lodhi Road recorded a low of 2.6 degrees Celsius and 2.7 degrees Celsius individually, it added.
