The Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday said it has appended properties worth Rs 4.81 crore of the family and organizations "gainfully claimed and controlled" by Delhi serve Satyendar Jain regarding a tax evasion test.

Optimal Estate Pvt. Ltd., Swati Jain, spouse of Vaibhav Jain, Sushila Jain, wife of Ajit Prasad Jain, and Indu Jain, wife of Sunil Jain."
The test saw that as "during the period 2015-16, when Satyendar Kumar Jain was a local official, the organizations usefully claimed and constrained by him got convenience passages to the tune of Rs 4.81 crore from shell organizations against cash moved to Kolkata-based section administrators through the hawala course."
"These sums were used for direct acquisition of land or for reimbursement of advance taken for the acquisition of agrarian land in and around Delhi," ED referenced.
The ED instance of illegal tax avoidance against the AAP serve originates from an August 2017 FIR by the CBI against him and others on charges of supposed ownership of lopsided resources.
Kejriwal in February had said that he has gained from sources the ED planned to capture Satyendar Jain not long before the Punjab get together races and blamed the Center for focusing on the Aam Aadmi Party subsequent to understanding the BJP "would lose" the surveys.
