Association Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari on Monday said he would begin involving a vehicle that sudden spikes in demand for green Hydrogen as a pilot project once he gets back to New Delhi.
Tending to a social event in the wake of introducing different infrastructural projects here in survey bound Goa, Gadkari said, "Toyota Company from Japan has given me a vehicle which runs on green Hydrogen. I will involve it myself as a pilot project (on elective fuel)".
He said Indian Oil from Faridabad has guaranteed to supply green Hydrogen for this vehicle.
For the following 15 days, I won't be in Delhi as I will visit Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. When I am back in Delhi, I will begin utilizing it, Gadkari said and added that green Hydrogen is the fuel of things to come.
He said Goa boss clergyman Pramod Sawant had suggested 13 works worth Rs 804.24 crore in Annual Plan 2022-23 which he is endorsing.
They will be granted soon, he added.
Gadkari said that the extra work to the tune of Rs 400 crore on the public thruway in Goa has been authorized alongside one more work worth Rs 305 crore for this expressway.
Gadkari said his service has authorized repayment of Rs 181 crore for the equilibrium work on the Margao Western Bypass in Goa.
The Union clergyman said that Rs 350 crore has been authorized to make the street prompting the Goa air terminal liberated from traffic lights.
Goa MP and Union clergyman Shripad Naik, state Chief Minister Pramod Swant and different heads of BJP were available.
