"We won't get back to Kashmir to continue our obligations in the predominant disturbing circumstance following the designated killings. We like to kick the bucket here as opposed to return," said Surinder Kumar.
He asked the public authority to observe their dissent and guarantee their exchange from Kashmir to the Jammu district.
Kumar said they have proactively served in Kashmir for quite a long time and "are not ready to get back to wind up dead because of fear mongers".
Ladies educators, who partook in the dissent, communicated their reluctance to get back to the Valley in view of the security issues.
