Harbhajan hails Bumrah's fifer against KKR: "Once a king, always a king"


After Mumbai Indians pacer Jasprit Bumrah accomplished a five-for against Kolkata Knight Riders on Monday, he collected acclaims from the Indian cricket crew for his accomplishment.

Coming to the match, Bumrah's five-wicket pull was scattered by clinical Kolkata Knight Riders as they crushed Mumbai Indians by 52 runs in their IPL 2022 match at Dr DY Patil Sports Academy here on Monday.


Batting first, Venkatesh Iyer and Nitish Rana's 43 each for Kolkata and a speedy unbeaten 23 by Rinku Singh directed KKR to a good absolute of 165/9. For Mumbai, Bumrah stowed five wickets while Kumar Kartikeya got two wickets.


Then again, Pat Cummins packed away three wickets in one over to wreck MI's expectations while Andre Russell sacked two to direct KKR to an agreeable 52 runs win.


This is Rohit Sharma-drove MI's 10th loss in the continuous fifteenth release of the IPL. While for Kolkata, their fifth success in 12 matches have kept their 2022 mission alive.
