Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday launched the national vehicle scrappage coverage, adding it's going to help section out undeserving and polluting cars.

Modi made the feedback in a video address to the Investor Summit in Gujarat. The summit is aimed toward getting investment referring to setting up vehicle scrapping infrastructure.
