India's highest level ladies' player Ankita Raina will lead the test of Hyderabad Strikers in the Tennis Premier League, to be held in Mumbai not long from now.
At the player sell off hung on Tuesday, Anikta accumulated the greatest cost among the ladies players as she was picked for Rs 4.10 lakh. Arjun Kadhe, who was purchased for Rs 2.60 lakh and Vishnu Vardhan (Rs 2.05 lakh) are different individuals from the group.
Each group picked two men and one lady player at the sale. Another man and lady player for each group will rise out of the Talent Days, to be played from June onwards.
Hyderabad Strikers are co-claimed by Brijgopal Bhutada and entertainer Rakul Preet Singh.
"Tennis merits a push in our country as we have such skilled players. Me and my group are good to go for the title this December," Rakul Preet said in a delivery.
