Jammu and Kashmir government has killed 5,886 security personnel since 1989

Over five,800 safety employees had been killed in Jammu and Kashmir because the inception of terrorism there in 1989, Lok Sabha turned into informed on Tuesday.

Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai said Jammu and Kashmir has been tormented by terrorist violence this is backed and supported from throughout the border.

Since inception of terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir (from 1989 till August five, 2019), 5,886 protection personnel were killed in Jammu and Kashmir in terrorist incidents, he stated in a written reply to a query.
