Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Thursday said severe lockdown estimates will be implemented in certain pieces of the state to contain the spread of COVID-19.
Thackeray, 60, was talking in the wake of accepting the main portion of the immunization against COVID-19 at the public authority run J Hospital here.
Maharashtra on Wednesday recorded 13,659 new Covid cases, the most noteworthy one-day spike this year, which took the state's caseload to 22,52,057.
