MindTree prime supporter Subroto Bagchi said on Monday that he and his significant other would give Rs 340 crore towards a malignancy clinic and palliative consideration community in Odisha.
"Susmita and I will give Rs 340 crore to bring @karunashraya to set up a top notch palliative consideration unit and @shankaracancer for a bleeding edge disease clinic. Profoundly thankful @CMO_Odisha for the common vision and backing. Odisha will before long arise as a main oncology major part in India," he tweeted on Monday. Bagchi is the Odisha Skill Development Authority administrator.
The gift is important for the Odisha Cabinet's endorsement of a disease clinic in Bhubaneswar as Bagchi-Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Center and the foundation of Karunashraya Palliative Care Center at Bhubaneswar.
The Bagchi couple have swore Rs 210 crore for the disease clinic and Rs 130 crore for the palliative consideration community.
