Pastor Amit Shah's public gathering at Thakurnagar, the base of the Matua people group, on January 30 started on Monday with senior BJP pioneers visiting the zone to manage courses of action, party sources said.


Shah, who is booked to show up in West Bengal on a two-day visit in the approach the gathering races, will address a public gathering at Thakurnagar in North 24 Parganas area, where the Matua organization holds influence in a few electorates.


BJP public VP Mukul Roy and other senior pioneers held a gathering with nearby MP Santanu Thakur, who is an individual from the faction's driving family, they said.


The pioneers additionally examined plans for Shah's gathering, the sources said.


Gathering decisions are expected in the state in April-May.
