The letter was addressed to the WR by Kishore Raje Nimbalkar, the General Managers of the CR, Relief, and Rehabilitation, Disaster Management.
The Maharashtra government has asked the Railways permit educators and non-teaching staff of schools to board suburban trains in Mumbai which are right now permitted to individuals working in essential sectors.
In a tweet, state education minister Varsha Gaikwad on Wednesday said the public authority has permitted educators and other staff to go by nearby local and sent a copy of the letter to the Central Railway (CR) and Western Railway (WR).
