President Ram Nath Kovind on Tuesday went to the 'Lokarpana' of ISKCON Sri Rajadhiraja Govinda Temple here.
Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot and Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai were among the people who graced the event.
As per ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness), Sri Rajadhiraja Govinda Temple on Vaikuntha slope on Kanakapura Road is a customary, stone-cut structure and a copy of the renowned Sri Venkateshwara sanctuary in Tirumala in Andhra Pradesh.
The aspects, stone carvings and style are likewise comparative.
"The god of Lord Srinivasa is almost similar level and has been named Sri Rajadhiraja Govinda, and that implies He is the ruler of rulers," ISKCON said.
