A Mumbai court on Tuesday remanded businessman Raj Kundra in 14-day judicial custody in a case related to alleged advent of pornographic movies and publishing them via a few apps.
Kundra, husband of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, became arrested July 19 by means of the Mumbai police crime department beneath sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act.
He became produced before a Justice of the Peace's courtroom right here at the cease his police remand on Tuesday.
The courtroom sent him in judicial custody for 14 days.
