Report deadline for Data Protection Bill joint committee extended

The Joint Committee of Parliament (JCP) inspecting the Personal Data Protection Bill was on Friday given an extension until the Winter Session to post its record.


The JCP become constituted in the Lok Sabha in December 2019 and changed into expected to submit its report within the Budget Session.
