The message requested that chiefs hold the family in their contemplations and petitions while giving them space to lament secretly, the report said.
In October 2017, the CEO discussed the introduction of his child in a blogpost.
"One evening, during the thirty-6th seven day stretch of her pregnancy, Anu saw that the child was not moving however much she was acclimated with. So we went to the trauma center of a nearby clinic in Bellevue," Nadella had said in the post.
"We figured it would be only a normal exam, minimal more than new parent nervousness. Indeed, I unmistakably recollect feeling irritated by the stand by times we encountered in the trauma center. Be that as it may, upon assessment, the specialists were frightened to the point of requesting a crisis cesarean segment," he added.
The CEO referenced that Zain was brought into the world at 11:29 p.m. on August 13, 1996, all of three pounds and he didn't cry.
"Zain was moved from the emergency clinic in Bellevue across Lake Washington to Seattle Children's Hospital with its cutting edge Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Anu started her recuperation from the troublesome birth. I went through the night with her in the emergency clinic and quickly went to see Zain the following morning. Much to My dismay then the way that significantly our lives would change," Nadella said.
"Throughout the following two or three years, we became familiar with the harm brought about by in utero suffocation, and how Zain would require a wheelchair and be dependent on us due to serious cerebral paralysis. I was crushed. Yet, generally I was tragic for how things showed up for myself and Anu," he added.
