The Congress on Tuesday requested that Twitter join controlled media tag to tweets of a few association pastors for supposedly spreading bogus and vindictive promulgation against the gathering.
Congress general secretary and boss representative Randeep Surjewala wrote to Twitter's Lead for Legal, Policy and Trust and Safety Vijaya Gadde and its Deputy General Counsel and Vice President (Legal) Jim Baker, looking for harsh activity against 11 association pastors for purportedly spreading bogus and produced reports.
Surjewala has affirmed that the "produced, created material" and the cases made under the #CongressToolkitExposed by different priests are indistinguishable from the material that has effectively been set apart as 'controlled media' by Twitter.
He asserted that the topic of the produced Toolkit report was made by certain BJP pioneers to acquire excessive and unfair political benefit by spreading possibly perilous, bogus and manufactured material through their Twitter handles against the Indian National Congress and its chiefs.
The association pastors against whom the Congress has looked for activity are Giriaj Singh, Piyush Goyal, Smriti Irani, Ravi Shankar Prasad, Prahlad Joshi, Dharmendra Pradhan, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Thawarchand Gehlot, Harsh Vardhan, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and Gajendra Singh Shekhawat.
Surjewala said, "individuals will in general accept 'valid' and take on face esteem, any data that is set up straight by a Union Minister of the Government of India through his/her authority/checked Twitter account."

This comes a day after Delhi Police's Special Cell sent a notification to Twitter India regarding the test into a grievance about the claimed 'Coronavirus tool compartment', requesting that it share data dependent on which it had grouped a connected tweet by BJP representative Sambit Patra as "controlled media", with two police groups plummeting on the microblogging website's workplaces in Lado Sarai in Delhi and in Gurgaon on Monday evening.
Prior, Twitter labeled tweets of BJP pioneers Sambit Patra and Gajendra Singh Shekhawat as "manipulative media".
The Congress has blamed BJP pioneers, including association clergymen, of abusing the Twitter stage to scatter manufactured and created material.
The Congress had before whined to Delhi police to enlist a FIR against BJP pioneers for purportedly spreading "bogus" data about the Congress toolbox.
The NSUI has effectively enlisted a FIR against Raman Singh and Sambit Patra in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, where the Congress is in power.
