The Delhi government will give Rs 938 crore to three city companies to settle up forthcoming compensations of their workers, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia declared on Thursday and claimed that the BJP-drove metro bodies have become "bankrupt" because of defilement by their chiefs.
