Hearing a supplication for three Bangladeshi young people, including a minor, who were supposedly snatched from their country and brought here in March and need to get back, Justice Prathiba M Singh coordinated the MHA to put on record the method just as the time span and customs to be finished for the bringing home/removal of such unfamiliar nationals.

On April 12, the court had given notification to the services of Home and External Affairs, the Bangladesh High Commission, the Delhi government, the Border Security Force and the police, looking for their remain on the request from three adolescents to send them back home


As per the appeal documented for the benefit of the three young people, they had gone to see the Indo-Bangladesh verge on March 4, 2021 alongside an associate who had given them some food subsequent to arriving at near the boundary.


Subsequent to eating the food, the three blacked out and woke up on a foundation of the New Delhi Railway Station on March 10, the request, documented through advocates Kamlesh Kumar Mishra, Ritu Maity and Abhishek Anand, has said.

They made portrayals to the Bangladesh High Commission and government offices of India and Bangladesh with the assistance of social dissident Sunil Kumar Aledia, yet got no reaction, the request added.
