The Delhi High Court on Wednesday looked for reaction of the Center and online media stages Facebook and WhatsApp on a PIL challengingthe new privacypolicy of the informing application.
A seat of Chief Justice D N Patel and Justice Jasmeet Singh gave notice to the Center, Facebook and WhatsApp and looked for their remain on the request by May 13.
WhatsApp told the seat that private discussions of people are ensured by start to finish encryption.
The solicitor, Harsha Gupta, asked the court for some interval arranges as WhatsApp expects to bring its approach into impact from May 15.
