The IMD on Thursday issued a cyclonic storm warning, predicts heavy rainfall in South Konkan

The IMD on Thursday gave an admonition and said that a low pressing factor region shaped over the Arabian Sea is probably going to strengthen into a cyclonic tempest by May 16, which may get hefty precipitation at certain spots Goa and south Konkan area.
