On Monday evening, a venerable old "Bug" skimmed around the authoritative block of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.

For a modest bunch of vintage vehicle fans who had accumulated, this was a Bug — as the notable Volkswagen Beetle is affectionately called — that crept up an unexpected not at all like any.
