We cannot allow anyone who thinks of a solution to COVID to file a petition: SC

Seeing that it can't permit each individual who thinks about some answer for (COVID-19) to record a request, the Supreme Court on Monday would not engage a supplication charging that China is purposely spreading the infection as an organic weapon.

A seat containing Justices S K Kaul and M Sundresh excused a supplication documented by a legal counselor, and said this was just an exposure move.

The top court rapped the candidate for documenting the PIL, and said, "Is it the court's responsibility to see what is the global implication, whether or not China is submitting slaughter?.

"What sort of appeal is this. What is happening? It appears you needed to document a request just to show up under the watchful eye of this court. Nothing else," the seat said.

While excusing the request, the pinnacle court noted in its request, "The supplication claimed that China is purposely spreading COVID-19 as an organic weapon and the court should give some request to the public authority. It is for the public authority to make a move.

"We can't permit each individual who thinks about some answer for the infection to go under Article 32 and record a request. Nothing has kept him from making ideas to the proper power. We truly do accept that he is here to get name in the press and we demand the press not to oblige," the seat said.

The PIL recorded by a Karnataka-based legal advisor fought that virgin coconut oil can disintegrate the infection and looked for bearings to the Central government to prevent China from spreading the infection.
