Yati Narsinghanand faces fresh charges of abusing journalists

New charges have been slapped on Yati Narsinghanand for mishandling a columnist and photographic artist subsequent to being insulted by an inquiry they had posed during a meeting.


The Dasna sanctuary minister has as of now been shipped off 14 days' legal care in the Dharma Sansad disdain discourse case.


The new charges were slapped on the Dasna sanctuary head minister based on a grievance recorded by a columnist, Haridwar city police headquarters SHO Rakinder Singh Kathait said.


Insulted by an inquiry posed during the meeting on Saturday, Narsinghanand had supposedly taken steps to have the writer and the photographic artist going with him pounded, he said.


The IPC areas forced on him are 341 (discipline for improper limitation), 504 (deliberate affront with plan to incite break of the harmony), 506 (discipline for criminal terrorizing) and 352 (discipline for attack or criminal power in any case than on grave incitement, authorities said.


Narsinghanand has been captured regarding the Dharma Sansad case and booked under IPC areas 295 (A) (conscious and malevolent demonstrations planned to shock strict sensations of any class by offending its religion or strict convictions) and 509 (word, motion or act expected to affront the humility of a lady).
